1. Set the Appointment

It all starts either through our estimate form or by calling 972-771-1977. Your contact information and basic project description will be assigned to one of our design team members that we feel is the best fit for your project based on the information gathered. They will be in contact with you within 24 hours. We also recommend at this time to visit our Facebook, Houzz, and Gallery page to gather ideas and to get a feel for the type of work we do.

2. Consultation

On the initial no charge, no obligation consultation, we will meet with you in order to discuss your vision, brainstorm options, and learn more about your project. It is a good idea to have a copy of your property survey available at this visit. We will take notes on every detail of your wish list while visiting the site of the project. This will be our first opportunity to take measurements and assess the site. Our team will also take this time to discuss budgets and initial cost estimates.

3. Detailed Estimate

Within one to two weeks (depending on size of project and current work load), we will be able to produce a detailed estimate for your project. This will include estimated cost on all aspects of the work, based on the consultation, broken down on a per item pricing structure. Our 3D pool renderings are always free and available without a deposit and will be included in the estimating phase of your project.

4. Rendering

Once a contract price is agreed upon, we will require a deposit to begin working on renderings for your project. Our expert team of designers, drafters, and project managers will collaborate to create a set of working drawings and renderings. These renderings will be presented either at your location or at our office. At this time any final changes can be made and the initial cost estimates adjusted if needed. After the final renderings are approved, a set of construction plans will be submitted to you for your HOA (if required) and we will submit plans to the city for permitting (if required).

5. Construction

Once the building permit is obtained and the HOA has approved the project, we will schedule a pre-construction meeting with you, the designer and the project manager. We will discuss a start date as well as an estimated timeline. If something changes during the construction process, we can always make adjustments depending on the project conditions. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident in the project and the process we follow to get it done.

6. Completion

Your project build has been a success! Congratulations! Your project team members will do a final walk through to ensure your project was completed in full and to see that most or all of your wish list items were exceeded. They will also then ask you to review our company and the job we did at one of the review sites that can be found on our Testimonials page. We are committed to providing peace of mind and giving you the highest quality work, every time.
