Warranties Warranty Concern Warranty Concern Landscaping Trees and shrubs planted by Texas Outdoor Oasis are guaranteed for 90 days. If they don’t survive for the warranty period, we’ll replace them. Pools Your new swimming pool has a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. In addition, your pool is protected against structural issues for as long as you own it. Arbors & Patio Covers We offer a 5 year warranty on our workmanship. If the structure is intended to provide cover from the elements, we also offer a one year warranty against leaks.
